Q: Do I get discounts when I book an apartment?

Yes, you do. The discounts are given on down payments:
4% discount on 50 - 74% down payment
5% discount on 75 - 89% down payment
6% discount on 90% and above down payment

Q: How many installment do I have to pay?

There are a maximum of 6 instalments which are :

- 5% (of apartment price) and 5% (of car park price) on booking
- 15% (of apartment price) and 45% (of car park price) within 60 days of allotment
- 25% (of apartment price) after foundation on or before January 2008 (approx)
- 25% (of apartment price) on completion of the buyer's floor level (this will vary from    buyer to buyer)
- 25% (of apartment price) and 50% (of car park price) + value addition + club    membership + legal fees on on completion of the tower (on or before September    2009 (approx)
- 5% (of apartment price) on closing / possession on or before March 2010

Q: Is there any penalty?

A penalty of 1% per month will be imposed if possession of the apartment is not taken after it is complete.
